Pressler & Pressler L.L.P. has been a practicing law firm in New Jersey since 1930. As an established member of the retail collections community, we have grown exponentially in size and volume over the past decade. Now operating throughout the state of New York as well, we process a significant number of lawsuits annually between the two states.

Pressler & Pressler maintains three separate offices, with our main buildings headquartered in Parsippany, NJ. With over 400 employees and 25 attorneys, we continue to seek new members to join the firm in expectation of our ever-increasing caseload. We recover millions of dollars annually for our clients and as a result of our success, are constantly in receipt of new work from our clients. Our clients include the state of New Jersey, a variety of major credit card companies, hospitals, and hundreds of other clients.

We encourage young professionals to seek employment with our firm without previous legal experience as we have a thorough in-house training program for incoming employees. By offering hands-on legal experience, we provide a background for our employees to gain admittance into law school, graduate school, or advance within the firm at an accelerated rate.
